The Contractor will design, construct, maintain and manage a new community centre.  The minimum requirements for this are as follows:

Large scale community meetings

Community Room

Community meetings

Office

For use by individual group leaders/staff

Kitchen

Domestic scale kitchen facilities

Store

Secure store for Centre equipment

WC Facilities

Accessible to people with physical disabilities

Secure external space

Suitable for seasonal outdoor use (e.g. playgroup)

Draft Room Data Sheets for each of the required spaces can be found in Appendix IX22.
