23 Other requirements that have been included in this section include NHBC/Zurich certification, etc.
24 There are some categories that the Authority may not wish to pursue – notably the installation of domestic sprinklers. Where the Authority determines that they would not wish the Contractor to provide installations that would attract scoring under the HQI Calculator, they many wish to permit the Contractor to claim the full score for such items by default, thereby reducing the risk of the Contractor pursing other items that may also offer limited value for money. It is suggested that some sensitivity analysis is done on the HQI Calculator using the Authority's requirements so as to establish whether the requirement would be met without defaulting positive scores on excluded items.
25 This standard will evolve depending on the timing of construction. For new dwellings constructed before 2014, Code Level 4 will apply. After 2014, Code level 5 will apply and after 2016, Code Level 6 will apply.
