5  GENERAL DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, REFURBISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS

This section applies to all aspects of the project, specifically:

a)  Construction activities for all new Dwellings;

b)  Refurbishment activities to all existing Dwellings; and

c)  Maintenance activities to all Dwellings.
