5.2  Building Regulations

The Contractor is expected to comply with the Building Regulations and other legislative requirements as they might apply throughout the works and services.

The Contractor will maintain comprehensive records of all works subject to Building Regulations consents for each and every Dwelling and communal area.  Where works are undertaken by individuals within a Competent Person Scheme, copies of all certificates and certifications shall be retained on the property file.
