7.1.2  Full Standard

a)  Existing and New Build Dwellings

Once a Dwelling has been certified in accordance with section 6, the Contractor is required to ensure that each such Dwelling is Available and meets the Full Availability Standard set out in Annex II.

Service Works necessary as a result of action to maintain or a failure to meet any one of the Full Availability Standard are required to be carried out in such a manner as to achieve compliance with the Rectification Period.

b)  Open Spaces

The existing and new open spaces will be maintained in accordance with the Performance Standards as set out in Section 8.  No Availability Standards exist.

c)  [Other Facility]

Once the new [ ] facility has been certified, the Contractor is required to maintain it to the standards set out in Section [ ].
