7.2.9  Space Heating

The Contractor must provide an efficient, comfortable means of space heating to Dwellings (excluding Garages).  The space heating system must be capable of maintaining defined temperatures to individual rooms.

Heating systems should be controllable by the user on a room-by-room basis.
