7.2.11  Gas Services

The Contractor must provide gas installations appropriate to the Dwelling and maintain them in a safe and operable condition at all times38.

Every Dwelling must have a valid gas safety inspection certificate.

38 In some instances, gas supplies may not be present or may not be installed in favour of other renewable technology solutions.  In such instances, these requirements should be removed.
