7.5  Leaseholders/Owner Occupiers

It is expected that the Contractor will provide all services to shared facilities and communal parts at all times.

It is expected that leaseholders will maintain the internal environment of their own dwelling, and that owner occupiers will maintain their own dwelling in its entirety.  The Contractor will need to exercise any rights of access to attend to any defects in leaseholder dwellings or adjacent owner occupied dwellings that could have a detrimental effect on a tenanted Dwellings44.
