8.1.1  Legislative Compliance and Good Practice

The Contractor is to manage the delivery of services in compliance with all legislation and in accordance with good industry practice.

In particular, the Contractor is to:

a)  Comply with all health and safety legislation, including COSHH;

b)  Adopt good industry practice to maintain all facilities to the highest standards; and

c)  Undertake risk assessments for all services, and review these on a regular basis.
