8.3.1  Required Outcomes

The maintenance services shall be designed in such a way as to minimise breakdowns and to maintain:

a)  The required Availability of Dwellings [and other areas];

b)  The building elements such that the building quality does not deteriorate over time; and

c)  Facilities and equipment provided by the landlord to the required standards.
