8.3.9  Records

The Contractor is to provide a suitable reporting system in line with the expectations set out in the Contract Management section.  In particular:

a)  An annual update (together with any amendments and the reasons for such amendments) to all planned preventative maintenance schedules (including the Life Cycle Plan) shall be produced for the Authority's review; and

b)  A highlight report shall be produced, indicating planned works carried out in the preceding period (including any problems experienced),an update on performance and resolution of any problems experienced in previous months, and a programme of planned works over the next period.
