8.4.1  Required Outcomes

The Authority will require the Contractor to supply a professional, efficient, and reliable cleaning and waste management service to Communal Areas, and ensure all residents have appropriate and safe access to refuse disposal and recycling facilities.

The Contractor is to develop a satisfactory pest control system to Dwelling Blocks and other communal areas that will proactively prevent infestations, and adequately respond to reactive requests where incidents of infestation are reported.
