8.4.4 Reactive Cleaning51
The Contractor shall provide a robust and effective reactive cleaning service at each site during Core Service Hours.
In respect of reactive cleaning, the Contractor will respond within a defined time period, which is categorised as follows:
Health & Safety hazard or impact causes cessation of activities | Response time will be [30 mins] | |
Urgent | Major impact on lifestyle or use of facilities | Response time will be [2 hours] |
Routine | Minor or no impact on lifestyle or enjoyment of facilities | Response time will be [4 working hours] |

51 Authorities need to consider the response times for reactive cleaning based on the nature of their project. Where projects have more than one site, this requirement may need reviewing to ensure value for money is maintained.
