8.5.5  Development Sites54

Where existing open spaces are scheduled for redevelopment or re-designation under the Contractor's Development Works, the Authority would be amenable to maintenance of such areas being carried out to a lesser standard to be mutually agreed55, subject to:

i.  the affected areas not being allowed to deteriorate so as to present a risk to health and safety; and

ii.  the general state of repair is kept to a standard that does not encourage anti-social behaviour.
