8.5.6  Service Restrictions

The Contractor will not be permitted to burn any rubbish, debris or horticultural material.

The Contractor must ensure that all machinery, equipment, chemicals or fuels are stored safely and securely at all times when not in use.

The Contractor is required to ensure all appropriate PPE is provided to operatives, and all COSHH precautions are taken.
