8.6.2  Required Information

The Contractor is required to:

a)  Maintain a detailed Service Delivery Plan appropriate to all aspects of the tenancy and leaseholder management, demonstrating how the required standards will be met. This will be made available for immediate inspection upon reasonable request;

b)  Maintain accurate tenancy and leaseholder records for each site. This will be made available for immediate inspection upon reasonable request; and

c)  Meet all statutory requirements in respect of providing this service.
