8.6.8  Resident Consultation and Participation Services

The Contractor will be required to develop and implement a range of initiatives to facilitate consultation and encourage resident participation.

In particular:

a)  Undertaking tenant consultation initiatives with a focus on measuring satisfaction with services and identifying opportunities for further improvement.  This shall include a general satisfaction survey at least once per annum; and

b)  Providing a mechanism that encourages residents to put forward ideas for improvements or changes.
