8.6.12  Leaseholders

The Contractor will provide all leaseholders with a Leaseholder Manual setting out the standards and services they can expect under the contract.

The Contractor must consult with all Leaseholders affected by any works under this Contract in accordance with Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (or any successor legislation).  The Contractor will be required to recover service charges for the services to shared facilities and communal parts on behalf of the Authority.
