8.6.15  Records

The Contractor will provide a suitable reporting system in line with the expectations set out in the Contract Management section.  In particular:

a)  Monthly reports on tenancy breaches and rectification measures should be provided;

b)  Reports shall highlight Rented Apartments that are either available or soon to be available for let/sale;

c)  Statistical update on the waiting lists (i.e. numbers in each category); and

d)  Formats of reports and other management information shall be agreed by the Authority in advance of service commencement and any proposed amendments made in consultation with the Authority.
