Compliance with latest Building Regulations and legislative requirements [in all areas where works have been completed].

The standards of workmanship and materials used are in accordance with section 5 of this Output Specification.

The quality standards set out in the Contractors Proposals in Schedule [ ] of the Project Agreement have been attained.

Compliance with the Full Availability Standards in section 7 of this Output Specification.

The requirements contained within section 4.6 of this Output Specification have been attained.

No reduction in floor space from that prior to refurbishment

Number of windows/size of windows not reduced from that prior to refurbishment

Works undertaken do not reduce the acoustic performance of the Dwelling from that prior to refurbishment

All suspected asbestos has been tested and where positive, either:

•  removed and disposed of properly; or

•  appropriate management plans have been developed and approved by the Authority.
