Stage II certification under s. 38 works for new infrastructure to be adopted.

Stage I certification under s. 278 for all works to existing adopted infrastructure.

Compliance with all planning obligations and legislative requirements, including those pertaining to disabled access.

The standards of workmanship and materials used are in accordance with section 5 of this Output Specification.

The quality standards set out in the Contractors Proposals in Schedule [ ] of the Project Agreement have been attained.
