ANNEX II: Availability Standards

This annex sets out the standards that must be achieved in meeting each of the Initial Availability Standard and Full Availability Standard.

It is set out two parts.

•  Part I constitutes the general Availability Standards that must be met to ensure the Dwellings remain Available.

•  Part II provides specific access measures for Dwelling Blocks that must be maintained to ensure some or all of Dwellings in an individual block remain Available.

•  Part III provides a draft of the Availability Standards that will be used in connection with the Community Centre76..
