81 This section may require review and amendment to reflect proposed heating systems, notably district heating arrangements.
82 It is suggested that Unavailable but Used deductions will apply during the period 21 March to 20 September inclusive, but will not apply during the period 21 September to 20 March. Provision for Temporary Rectification to heating failure events must be made by the Contractor to any Dwelling in which the main source of heating is incapable of meeting the standards set out for 2 Hours or more and there is no operable secondary source of heating at least to one living room (i.e. a room that is not the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, storage or corridor area).
