Evaluation of ISOS responses

The Local Authority will evaluate Bidder's responses to this ISOS by applying the following scoring system. [Please note that the scoring system below is provided as a suggestion only. Local Authorities should take legal advice on developing a focused set of evaluation criteria with weightings / maximum scores, as these will be a very important consideration.
