Question 3: Delivery Team

3.1  Please provide details of organisation and members of the delivery team you are proposing for this Project. Please provide CVs for key members your delivery team (Design, Construction and FM). Please refer to and /or supplement information provided with your PQQ submission.

3.2  If your Bid Manager is different to the Project Director/Manager identified in the PQQ, please provide details of your nominated Bid Manager for the delivery of the procurement. A CV for the Bid Manager should be attached.

3.3  Demonstrate, through examples, the capability of your Design Team to design and deliver this Project to quality, on time and on budget.

3.4  Please identify where your team has worked successfully together before by referring to and/or supplementing any information provided with your PQQ submission. Please demonstrate your commitment to working together on this project.

3.5  Please identify the legal advisers appointed for this Project, including any selected for funder advisory roles, whether equity or debt, for this scheme and their experience on advising on similar projects and issues.

3.6  Please provide evidence of your experience of managing and working with key stakeholders.
