The Local Authority believes that it has the appropriate powers to enter into a Contract in the form of the Model Contract.

The Model Contract has been drafted in a form that will permit a certificate to be issued under the Local Government (Contracts) Act 1997.

[Bidders should be aware that the PFI Contract must comply with the PFI criteria as published by the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) and Department [insert details]. Bidders will be deemed to understand those requirements.
