Repeat Solutions

The Bidder must confirm in the Solution that any statement made in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and Outline Solutions remains true and accurate in all material respects; save as specifically disclosed in the Solution. The Local Authority reserves the right to return to any matters raised in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and Outline Solutions as part of the competitive dialogue process, where circumstances have changed in some material respect.
