Calculation of the Full Services Dwelling Charge
2.5. The Full Services Dwelling Charge for each Contract Month (n) shall be calculated as follows:

∑ | The summation of the Dwellings which meet the Availability Standard (Full) for Contract Month (n) | |
provided in relation to a Dwelling which is the subject of a Certificate of Availability (Full Standard) during a Contract Month the Full Service Dwelling Charge will apply from the first day of the Contract Month following certification.
