Notice of Unavailability

3.2.  The Authority shall procure that any Authority Related Party promptly notifies the Helpdesk of any circumstances of which they become aware which constitutes or may lead to the Unavailability or Repeated Unavailability of any Dwelling.  

3.3.  No failure by any person (including the Authority, Authority Related Party, Tenant, Leaseholder or otherwise) to notify the Contractor pursuant to this section shall relieve the Contractor of its obligations under this Agreement.
