No Unavailability Deductions

3.21.  No Unavailability Deductions shall be made where the relevant Unavailability or Repeated Unavailability arises as a consequence of an Excusing Event:

3.22.  Without prejudice to paragraph 3.21 no Unavailability Deductions shall be made whether relevant Unavailability or Repeated Unavailability arises in the period of [  ] months after the Services Commencement Date.
