No recording of Sub-Standard Performance Points

4.20.  No Sub-Standard Performance Points shall be recorded, where the relevant event which gave rise to the Sub-Standard Performance is an Excusing Event:

4.21.  Without prejudice to paragraph 4.20 no Sub-Standard Performance Points shall be recorded where the relevant event which gave rise to Sub-Standard Performance arose in the period of [  ] months after the Services Commencement Date.
