This Invitation to Submit Detailed Solutions (ISDS) is being made available only to those Bidders who have been pre-qualified and, following the initial stage of competitive dialogue, have been short-listed for further competitive dialogue and to submit their Detailed Solutions for the Housing PFI Project (the 'Project').  The ISDS is made available on condition that it is used in connection with the preparation of Detailed Solutions and for no other purposes.
