Conflicts of Interest

The Local Authority requires all actual or potential conflicts of interest (including in particular those arising where a member of its supply chain or advisor put forward by one Bidder is the same firm or company or is a member of the same group of companies as that put forward by another Bidder or is working for the Local Authority on this or similar schemes) to be resolved to the Local Authority's satisfaction prior to the delivery of the Bidder's response to this ISDS. Failure to declare such conflicts and/or failure to address such conflicts to the reasonable satisfaction of the Local Authority could result in a Bidder being disqualified.
