Intellectual Property

The copyright in this ISDS is vested in the Local Authority and may not be reproduced, copied or stored in any medium without the prior written consent of the Local Authority, except in relation to the preparation of Detailed Solutions.  This ISDS, and any document issued as supplemental to it, are and shall remain the property of the Local Authority and must be returned upon demand, without any copies being retained.

The Local Authority reserve the right to require the assignment or grant of a royalty free non-exclusive licence of all intellectual property relating to or in connection with any Solution resulting in the award of contracts to the relevant Bidder.
