Provision of further information by Bidders prior to making a Solution
The Local Authority is relying on the information provided by Bidders during the pre-qualification stage (including but not limited to information concerning the members and structure of the consortium). If, at any time during this tender process there are any material changes to the same, the Bidder must advise the Local Authority in writing as soon as practicable providing full details of the change (even if this is prior to the submission of a Bid). Upon receipt of such information, the Local Authority shall be entitled to revisit the selection and/or evaluation of the Bidder and exclude the Bidder, if necessary, as a result of that process.
