Part 1 - Purpose and Format of the Invitation to Submit Detailed Solutions (ISDS)

The Local Authority is issuing this ISDS to Bidders short-listed through competitive dialogue for this Project by the Local Authority following the submission and evaluation of Bidders' Outline Solutions.  The ISDS sets out the steps that the Local Authority will take to conduct dialogue with the remaining Bidders to obtain priced and detailed solutions to enable the Local Authority to select a Preferred Bidder and subsequently award a Contract for this Project.
