Date and Time for Submission

Bidders are invited to submit Detailed Solutions to the Local Authority by [insert time] on [insert date], drawn up in accordance with Parts 3, 4 and 5 of these Instructions.  Bidders must submit a Standard Solution based on the services specified, to the required levels of performance and the risk allocation embodied in the Model Contract.  Variant Solutions, within the parameters set out in Part 4, will only be accepted where a compliant Standard Solution has been submitted.

The Local Authority invites innovation from the Bidders in the formulation of their Detailed Solutions for this Project; within the constraints set out in the ISDS documents.
