Overview of Process

The Local Authority is keen to proceed with competitive dialogue as quickly as possible.  The Local Authority expects that it will hold competitive dialogue with the Bidders during the period available for developing Solutions, and that a period of progressively more detailed dialogue may be required as the process progresses.

Following its evaluation of Detailed Solutions, the Local Authority expects to either enter in to further competitive dialogue and seek Refined Solutions, or to close competitive dialogue and seek Final Tenders on the basis of the Solutions submitted. Bidders should not assume that they will have the opportunity for further competitive dialogue on their Detailed Solutions following their submission before Final Tenders are sought.
