Bidding Costs

Each party will bear its own costs of participating in this procurement.  The Local Authority reserves its position as to whether or not it will enter into contractual arrangements and competitive dialogue will be entirely at the Bidders' risk.  The Local Authority shall bear no liability whatsoever for the outcome of competitive dialogue and shall not be liable for the costs of preparing Solutions, fine-tuning, or any loss of profit or other economic loss incurred by Bidders.
