The PFI Reference Project

An Outline Business Case (OBC) for the PFI Project was prepared to document the conclusions of the service review, including the results of the appraisal of project and procurement options.  Members and HCA/CLG have approved the OBC and the chosen project/procurement option identified in the OBC - the PFI Reference Project.  HCA/CLG and the Project Review Group (PRG) have awarded a PFI Credit to the Project to assist the Local Authority to meet the costs of the additional capital investment required for the PFI Project.
