Amendments to the ISDS Documents

The Local Authority reserves the right to issue amendments or modifications to the ISDS during the period available to Bidders for developing their Detailed Solutions.  These will be issued to all Bidders simultaneously and Solutions will be assumed to take account of any such modifications and amendments.

The Local Authority intends to issue an ISDS Circular to the Bidders at • weekly intervals.  The first of these ISDS Circulars will be sent on [insert date] and every [insert number] week thereafter during the period available to Bidder's for developing their Detailed Solutions.  The final ISDS Circular will be issued [insert number] weeks prior to the deadline for submitting Detailed Solutions.

The purposes of the ISDS Circulars will be to keep Bidders informed of amendments and clarifications to the Model Contract and this ISDS.  Any other information, such as changes to the data held on the Collaborative Website [and in the Data Room], will also be notified in the ISDS Circulars.  These ISDS Circulars, together with any supporting documentation, will be sent electronically to the Bidders on the dates specified.  Even if there is nothing to report in the period, the ISDS Circular will still be sent to confirm to Bidders that this is the case.
