Changes to Information Previously Submitted

The Bidder must confirm in the Detailed Solution that any statement made in its Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and Outline Solutions remains true and accurate in all material respects, save as specifically disclosed in the Detailed Solution. The Local Authority reserves the right to return to any matters raised in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and Outline Solutions, where circumstances have changed in some material respect.

Upon receipt of such information, the Local Authority shall be entitled to revisit the selection and/or evaluation of the Bidder and exclude the Bidder, if necessary, as a result of that process.
