Sub-Contractors

Where a Bidder intends to use sub-contractors it will be the responsibility of the Bidder to provide the sub-contractor with all the necessary information (including the requirement to maintain confidentiality).  Where information about a Bidder is requested during competitive dialogue or in this ISDS, such information must be given about all sub-contractors of that Bidder.
