Acceptance of Solutions

No offer or Solution is deemed accepted until the PFI Contract, the Funders Direct Agreement and other related documents have been duly executed on behalf of the Local Authority and all other relevant parties and declared unconditional. No dialogue or communication with the Local Authority whether prior to, during or subsequent to the ISDS period (including any notification of Preferred Bidder status) imply acceptance of any offer or Solution or constitute an indication that the Bidder will be awarded the contract. Only the express terms of any written contract which is finally negotiated and signed for and on behalf of the relevant parties and which is duly declared unconditional shall have any contractual effect. Any written contracts are subject to, and may be conditional upon, the approval of CLG, HCA, PUK and/or other governmental bodies.
