Timetable
The OJEU Notice was despatched to the Official Journal of the European Union on [insert date of OJEU Notice]. The competitive dialogue procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 has been adopted.

The Local Authority reserves the right to amend the above timetable or extend any time period.
The Local Authority intends to hold competitive dialogue meetings with each Bidder during the Detailed Solution preparation period in order to discuss and clarify matters relevant to the Project and the Model Contract and to provide information to assist Bidders in the preparation of their Detailed Solutions. A timetable for the initial competitive dialogue meetings with each Bidder is set out below:

Bidders must confirm in writing their acceptance of the competitive dialogue meeting dates set out in the above table by return.
It is envisaged that the meetings on [insert date(s)] will take the form of workshops in which the parties can dialogue with each other; in particular Bidders can raise queries with the Local Authority on the content and intent of this ISDS and seek clarification of the Local Authority's aims on technical matters.
The meetings on [insert date(s)] will enable the Local Authority and the relevant Bidder to dialogue with each other in relation to [insert details and repeat as appropriate].
