Design Management

Bidders are requested to provide details of how they intend to carry out the management of the design, the details should include:

Design Management Proposals including their approach to the following:

•  resolving technical queries;

•  working effectively with all user and stakeholder groups;

•  a statement of how the design has been provided in accordance with CABE guidelines and Treasury Taskforce Technical Note No. 7;

•  a design programme;

•  the design integration process;

•  liaison with statutory authorities; and

•  an organisation chart and CVs of key personnel
