Proposal Approach to design

Bidders should provide their proposals and an explanation setting out how they envisage developing and finalising the design and specification of the Facility to best meet the Local Authority's needs and to comply with the Review Procedure. The proposals should cover, as a minimum, the following:

•  the development of SPV's proposals at Preferred Bidder stage;

•  proposal for Reviewable Design Data;

•  managing stakeholder requirements;

•  user group input;

•  sign off process;

•  consents permissions and approvals;
