Environmental Assessment

Bidders are requested to provide a detailed statement clarifying their approach to sustainable development and management. The statement should cover the following headings:

•  Local Authority's Agenda 21 commitments;

•  sustainable design, including any specific 'green' features;

•  sustainable procurement;

•  sustainable construction and waste disposal;

•  whole life approach, including the approach and strategy towards FM and lifecycle replacements. This should be sufficiently articulated to support the requested life cycle profile;

•  Code for Sustainable Homes Standards

•  water, including details of target water consumption and how it can be reduced; and

•  pollution.
