Bidders should provide a general statement describing how the structural design concept supports the architectural design concept. In conjunction with layout drawings and sections, this response should describe the following topics as a minimum:

•  the strategy for the structural grid or layout; and

•  short-term flexibility and longer-term adaptability (particularly for removing and rebuilding partition walls).
