Contract Management and Reporting

Method Statements should be submitted which demonstrate how the Bidder

•  will operate and maintain a Quality Assurance system

•  will operate the agreed management structure and effectively deploy the management and development  staff plan according to the agreed method statement  

•  shall develop and implement an Energy  Policy and Utilities Management Service in agreement with the Authority which shall include but not be limited to :

o  Strategy and initiatives for the efficient use of utilities supplied to the Facility

o  Performance monitoring

o  Establishing Energy/ Utility savings and targets

•  shall prepare and submit the agreed plans and monitoring reports

•  operate a business continuity plan

•  implementation and maintain a Health and Safety Policy and Plan

•  operate and maintain an Environmental Management System.

•  ensure the maintenance of a secure environment within the Facility and external areas.
